Who We Are
For those of you who are unfamiliar with us or are just learning about our organization, we are a homeless outreach program. We are an all volunteer group founded in 1990. We are not funded by federal, state or local government grants or sponsored by other organizations and/or agencies. Uplift survives by donations and your personal commitment to feed and clothe the area’s homeless.
Presentations
Scheduling an Uplift presentation is an excellent opportunity for individuals & organizations to learn more about the Uplift Organization and the homeless we help. All presentations are audience specific. Please call us at (816) 590-6270 or email us if you would like more information about our organization, would like to schedule a presentation, or would like to volunteer with Uplift.

Uplift is a not-for-profit 501 (c)(3) tax exempt homeless outreach program. Monetary and in-kind donations are welcomed.
To schedule an Uplift presentation for your school or organization, please contact us. Get your community, service organization or school involved by sponsoring a canned food drive. Contact Uplift for more details.
Donation Hours
Monday: 4:30 – 6:00 pm Wednesday: 4:30-6:00 pm Saturday: 3:30-5:00 p.m. 2nd Saturday of each month: 9:00-11 a.m.
